Spicy done right

Even though I’ve visited Laos, aside from Laab which has become a dish I make at home I’m hard pressed to recall the names of specific dishes. However, Bistro lao have a couple of different platter options that make it easy to get a wide selection of different dishes on to your plate without needing to put too much thought in to it, and everything we had was amazing and there are plenty more things on the menu I want to go back and try.

Wine and Beer

The wine selection looked fantastic, but also totally the wrong match for such a spicy menu, where the obvious choice was Beer Lao, something I’ve rarely seen outside Lao.
